Shipping & Returns

Each square is checked, folded in its tissue paper and slipped into its box — the ribbon tied by hand. Your order is entrusted to the carrier within two to three working days.

Delivery is free in mainland France, via DHL Express. Allow one to two working days after dispatch.

A tracking number will be sent to you by email upon collection; delivery requires a signature.

We ship to the United States via DHL Express from France, within two to four business days after dispatch. Delivery is free, as in France.

Any import duties and taxes may apply depending on the regulations in force; they remain the responsibility of the recipient.

You have fifteen days from receipt to change your mind — one day longer than the legal withdrawal period. The item must be returned unworn, without perfume or signs of use, with tags in place, in its original case.

To initiate a return, please write to us from the Contact page: we will provide you with instructions. Return shipping costs are at your expense, except in the case of our error or a defective item.

Refunds are issued within seven business days after receipt and inspection of the item, using the original payment method.

Exchanges for another color are naturally possible, subject to fabric availability.
