Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales concluded between [COMPANY NAME] (hereinafter "Aria Vento") and any consumer placing an order on the aria-vento.com website.

Article 2 – Products

Aria Vento offers mulberry silk scarves for sale. The essential characteristics of the products are described on their product pages. Photographs are contractual within the inherent limits of color reproduction depending on the viewing medium used.

Article 3 – Price

The applicable prices are those displayed on the website according to the delivery country: they are expressed in euros, all taxes included (applicable French VAT), for deliveries in France, and in US dollars for deliveries to the United States. Aria Vento reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 – Order

The order is considered firm and final upon receipt of payment confirmation sent by email. Aria Vento reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a manifest anomaly, proven fraud, or a dispute relating to a previous order.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made at the time of order by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, or any other method offered during the order process. Payment in installments is offered by our partner Alma for orders delivered in France only, subject to Alma's eligibility conditions. Transactions are secured by the TLS/SSL protocol.

Article 6 — Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are delivered exclusively to metropolitan France and the United States — no other destinations are served; delivery there is free. For deliveries to the United States, any import duties and taxes may apply according to current regulations; these remain the responsibility of the recipient. Aria Vento cannot be held responsible for any delay attributable to the carrier.

Article 7 — Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You have a period of fifteen (15) calendar days from the receipt of your order to return it, without reason or penalty — a period more favorable than the legal withdrawal period of fourteen days provided for in article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, which it includes.

The product must be returned unworn, unwashed, without perfume or signs of use, with its labels in place and in its original packaging. In accordance with article L221-23 of the Consumer Code, the consumer's liability may be engaged in the event of depreciation resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product. Return shipping costs are at your expense, except in the case of our error or a defective product.

The refund is made within seven (7) business days after receipt and inspection of the product, to the original payment method, and at the latest within the deadlines provided for in article L221-24 of the Consumer Code.

Article 8 – Legal Guarantees

Every product benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code) for 2 years from delivery, and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code) for 2 years from the discovery of the defect.

Article 9 – Consumer Mediation

In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, any consumer may free of charge use a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of a dispute, after having sent a prior written complaint to Aria Vento. Article 10 – Applicable Law

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
